What this website does not do
This website sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It uses no web analytics, no advertising or retargeting services, no social media plugins and no embedded maps or videos.
Fonts and icons are stored on our own web server. Your browser therefore sends no requests to third parties, such as font or content delivery services, when you visit this website.
Server log files
When you open a page, the web server of our hosting provider [to be confirmed] automatically records technical data that your browser transmits: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page, the browser and operating system used, and the HTTP status code.
We need this data to deliver the website and to keep it secure, for example to detect attacks. We do not combine it with other data and do not use it to identify you. It is deleted after [retention period to be confirmed], unless it is needed to investigate a security incident.
Demo requests and e-mail
This website has no form that sends data to our server. When you request a demo, your own e-mail program opens a prepared message to info@mrm-solution.com. Nothing is transmitted until you send it yourself.
When you write to us, we process the data in your message, such as your name, company, e-mail address and the content, to answer your request and to arrange the demo. We keep it as long as this requires and as long as statutory retention periods apply. Our e-mail is handled by [e-mail provider to be confirmed].
Disclosure and processing abroad
We do not sell personal data and do not market it to third parties. Our hosting and e-mail providers process data on our behalf. Where they process it, and on which safeguards a transfer abroad relies: [to be confirmed].
Legal bases under the GDPR
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, we process server log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and the data in your e-mail to take steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) you can ask for information about the personal data we hold about you, have incorrect data corrected, have data deleted, object to its processing and receive data you gave us in a common electronic format. Where the GDPR applies, you have the corresponding rights under Articles 15 to 21 GDPR, including the right to restrict processing.
To exercise your rights, write to info@mrm-solution.com. We may ask you to prove your identity.
You can lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland or, where the GDPR applies, with a data protection supervisory authority in the EU or EEA.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse.
Changes
We update this policy when the website or the law changes. The current version is always published on this page.
